Book Lovers Gift Guide | Christmas 2023
If you’ve got a bookworm on your Christmas list (or want some ideas of gifts to get yourself), I’ve compiled a list of 8 fun gift ideas for all different budgets!
These are all items I either already own, or want to own, and as a writer and book lover myself, I can guarantee any of these would be a hit with your bookish recipient.

Kindle Paperwhite- Every bookworm needs a Kindle! I love my Kindle, and would reccommend one to any reader who doesn’t already have one.
Book Sleeve- I recently just discovered how useful a book sleeve can be! I always take my books and planners to work with me, and sometimes they get bent or marked up in my bag. A book sleeve prevents this!
Boat and Tote- I’ve talked about my love for boat and tote bags many times, and think the medium size one would make a perfect book tote or market bag! Bonus points for having something fun and bookish embroidered on it.
Cozy Throw- Every book lover needs a cozy throw to snuggle up in! I love these ones from Chapters, but any cozy throw would do!
Apothecary Candle- A nice candle would be the perfect addition to any gift. These apothecary candles from Indigo remind me of something you’d find at Anthropologie, but without the high price tag.
Mug & Sock Set- How cute is this mug and sock set! You could recreate it by finding a cute pair of socks and mug at Marshalls, or any similar store.
Audiotechnica Turntable- This idea is for those of you looking to spend some cash this Christmas. We bought an Audiotechnica turntable this year, and I LOVE it. It looks great, it sounds amazing, and there is NOTHING like curling up on the couch with a good book and a record playing in the background. NOTE: This is not an all-in-one record player and does require speakers to be bought seperately, but the sound quality is worth the extra cost.
Reading Journal- Every book lover needs a reading journal to keep track of their reads! I bought a 2024 planner from this company a few weeks ago and LOVE it.
Bookish Ballcap- I had to include this one, because it’s from my own Etsy shop - BUT you have to admit, it’s pretty cute.
AirPods- Every book lover who listens to audiobooks needs a good pair of headphones. I personally use these 2nd gen AirPods. I got them for Christmas a couple years ago, and still love them.
