Sunday Pot Roast | Magnolia Table Recipe

As you saw in my Christmas book haul, I was super excited to get the second Magnolia Table Cookbook!

Yesterday, I decided to try my first recipe from the book- the Sunday Pot Roast.

Instead of cooking it in the oven, I opted for the slow cooker. We let it cook for approx 6 hours so the meat would be super tender and falling apart.

When I make it in the future, I think I would add a package of roast beef seasoning, because even with the garlic and onion, I found that it could have been more flavorful, but overall we really enjoyed it!

It tasted a lot better than it looked in the crockpot, and the rest of the veggies are underneath. I can’t wait to try more Magnolia Table recipes!
