What’s In My Beach Bag 2019

I’m going to make this post short and sweet!

Days at the beach are our favourite family activity in the Summer, and although I tend to over pack, I’m bringing it back to the basics this year.

Aside from my own personal beach bag, when I’m with my family, we also carry a “family” bag that holds our towels, first-aid kit, kid’s sunblock, sand toys, snacks etc.

Pictured above are some of my favourite items for the beach or poolside. They are:

• My Shediac rope bag I got at a gift shop on the Pointe du Chene Wharf.

• A nice big sun hat.

• Flip-flops from Ardene. Ardene actually carries my most favourite flip flops EVER but I didn’t have a new pair to include in this post. They’re white one piece flip-flops (meaning they’re all one piece, no middle part that goes through the sole). They’re the BEST, and I buy them every year.

• Sephora Coconut Lip Balm.

• OGX Coconut Hydrating Hair Oil Mist.

• A good book.

• Coppertone Sunscreen.

• A scrunchie. I like scrunches more than elastics for the beach because they’re easier to use on wet salty hair.

• Sunglasses from Pennington’s!

• My BKR Glass Water Bottle.
